Product Details

The most common welding method for spiral pipes is Double Submerged Arc Welding (DSAW). During the forming process, the edges of the steel strip are welded together to form a spiral seam. The welding can be performed on both the inner and outer sides simultaneously to ensure weld strength and sealing.

Internal Welding:

Internal welding is conducted on the inner wall of the pipe, creating the initial weld.

External Welding:
